Seaway Trail Foundation Chairman Pope Vickers (left) welcomes Patricia Houghtaling of Watertown, NY, as the newly-elected Treasurer of the Seaway Trail Foundation. Houghtaling, an Assistant Vice President and Dexter Branch Manager with Key Bank, succeeds Key Bank Vice President Stephen Pierce (right), who has completed two three-year terms with the nonprofit organization that promotes tourism and economic development along the 518-mile Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway shoreline in New York and Pennsylvania. #
